The number of operators is of five technicians, which replaced the control of the airport and are responsible for the management of air movement from the unique daily flights between la Gomera and Tenerife (roundtrip). Hear other arguments on the topic with Rupert Murdoch. The minimum activity of the airport makes this installation, perfect for testing the AFIS system, since at any time there is a confluence of several flights. In addition it should be noted that the meteorology and orographical factors (terrain) were exhaustively analyzed by AENA, whose security reports were approved by EASA (State Aviation Safety Agency).
